Tourism & Recreational Projects
Resource consent applications for tourist lodges motel developments, camping grounds other tourist accommodation facilities restaurants and visitor attractions for domestic and overseas-based developers.
Commercial Projects
Identification of site options for large format retail stores, resource consent applications for commercial developments, including large format stores, individual retail/office developments and wineries. Preparation of plan change applications as a preliminary to site development.
Industrial Projects
Resource consents for: road transport depots, cool and cold storage complexes, service stations, refuelling facilities and land re-zoning for a heavy engineering activity.
Marine Farming
Preparation of applications for resource consent and giving evidence on planning related issues to Councils and the Environment Court.
Subdivisions
Preparation of plan change applications as preparation for new green-fields subdivisions in urban and rural locations, including land rezoning and drafting of special development rules, and obtaining resource consents associated with subdivision development. Some of these projects have involved the development of lifestyle concept settlements integrating residential opportunities with recreational and land based production. We also assist with preparation of resource consent applications for subdivision consent.
