Based in the town of Richmond, in the Province of Nelson New Zealand, Bacon Planning Group provides specialist resource management and planning services to individual and corporate clients, including overseas clients engaged in projects within New Zealand.
With more than 25 years professional planning experience, the principal of Bacon Planning Group, Frank Bacon, has been involved in a wide range of planning and environmental impact work. Prior to establishing his own practice in 1985 Frank worked in the planning departments of the Christchurch City and Wellington City Councils and in a Wellington based consultancy serving clients throughout New Zealand. His professional qualifications include an M.Sc in Resource Management and a BA. Frank has professional membership of the New Zealand Planning Institute and the New Zealand Resource Management Law Association.
Rather than maintaining a range of 'in-house' expertise, Bacon Planning Group concentrates on providing expert planning advice and putting together and managing project specific teams to meet client needs.
